The City recently completely an air quality study, and the results are not good:

The worst air quality area is the junction of the Gardiner/Queen Elizabeth Way and the 427. Coincidence? We think not.
Air quality has gotten better in the last decade, with the closing of the Lakeview Coal Power Plant in nearby Mississauga (the Four Sisters, for the four polluting stacks).
But much remains to be done.
What are your thoughts on air quality along the Lakeshore?
